Public Response to Peacetime Uses of Atomic Energy: Volume II: Individual and Group Analysis

This is Volume 2 of a study of people, reactions, and information, based on a sample interview survey in comparable communities with and without major atomic energy activities. The study was conducted under contract with the United States Atomic Energy Commission. This volume presents a detailed analysis of individual and group differences in information, attitudes, and opinions, in contrast to the community correlates. The study should be of interest to social scientists as a snapshot of a social process that had only recently begun. See more
