About Fergus Dignan

Fergus a retired medical doctor has always had an interest in biotechnology. As he contemplated his own mortality he began researching scientific articles about the genes that influence our lifespan. He realised that it might be theoretically possible to manipulate the human genome such that ones mortality might be deferred for hundreds if not thousands of years. A fascination with the subject was the motivation for writing this book.
