About Rachel Kelly

Rachel Kelly has been a journalist for 20 years. After battling with depression in early adulthood she became interested in health and therapy and in 2007 trained as a counsellor at Regents University. She now works with mental health charities giving workshops and talks. Jonathan Pugh is a cartoonist whose work has appeared in the Times the Guardian and the Independent amongst others. He is currently the daily pocket cartoonist for the Daily Mail.
