About Sheelagh McCracken

Since 1997 Sheelagh McCracken has been an Associate Professor at the Applied Finance Centre Macquarie University in Sydney where she is responsible for developing teaching and co-ordinating the core Legal Risk in Finance course taught in the Master of Applied Finance programme. She is also a consultant for Mallesons Stephen Jacques in Sydney a leading Australian commercial law firm. She has previously worked for Norton Rose in London and also acted as a consultant for the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees Singapore. She is a prolific author having written/contributed to over 15 books. She has also written numerous articles.
