Noel Williams is a licensed master electrician in Utah Colorado and Wyoming. He is International Code Council (ICC) and International Association of Electrical Inspectors (IAEI) certified as an electrical inspector and has supervised and managed electrical construction projects for over 20 years. For over 10 years he was chairman of the Electricians Licensing Board for the state of Utah and is a former chairman of the National Electrical Code® (NEC®) Advisory Committee for the Utah Uniform Building Code Commission. Mr. Williams is a senior associate member of IAEI and has served as an officer of the Utah chapter of IAEI.
