About Jenni Fleetwood

Consultant Editor Jenni Fleetwood is an established cookery writer and editor. Growing up in South Africa Jenni was able to taste fresh chillies from her father's garden and has been hooked ever since sampling chillies in all their varieties in China Thailand the Gambia Spain and the Caribbean. Jenni has also written several books in particular one on Mexican cooking which helped her to establish close ties with cooks in Mexico City and San Miguel de Allende who generously shared many of their favourite recipes with her.
