Supercapacitors: Fundamentals, Systems, Applications, Emerging Trends

English

Covering all important capacitor materials and components, this much-needed book is the only up-to-date reference on recent developments in the field. Divided into four parts, the monograph starts off with the fundamental theory and principles of operation for the different types of supercapacitor systems. Parts two and three focus on the two most prominent classes of supercapacitors, oxidic and non-oxidic systems and their particularities. The final part covers the various electrolyte systems that are key materials for the operation and application fields of the capacitor systems. It is of interest to both researchers and students entering the field, as well as battery and electronic component manufacturers. See more
