Charted Picture Afghans

Unlike traditional afghans with Charted Picture Afghans the work will not be turned at the end of each row, and all rows are worked with right side facing. Charted Picture Afghans are made using only single and double crochet. Single crochet stitches are always worked in back loop only of and double crochet stitches are always worked in un-used front loop of stitch 2 rows below. Each afghan includes a unique fringe or you can mix and match the fringes found on any of the five afghans included in this book. Also included is a Getting Started section that includes up-close pictures on working the single and double crochet stitches.
Easy to follow charts are included for each design including the alphabet for the monogram afghan. Other afghans included are My Prayer, African Safari, Lost Shoe & Mittens and the Quick & Easy Cables. Sizes range from 35 x 46 inches to 45 x 58 inches excluding fringe. Skill Level: Intermediate.
