The Figurative Tradition: A Celebration of Contemporary British Art

Through the twentieth century and into the present, British artists have sustained a particularly strong figurative tradition, supported by such institutions as the Royal Academy and the New English Art Club. The exhibition showed the work of several leading artists who are innovative and pleasing.
