About Michael Bechthold
Mike Bechthold PhD is the Managing Director of the Juno Beach Centre and Production Coordinator of the Wilfrid Laurier University Press. Before this he was the Communications Director & Managing Editor Canadian Military History Laurier Centre for Military Strategic and Disarmament Studies. He has led over 20 groups of students academics high school teachers military officers and the general public on tours of the Canadian battlefields in France Belgium the Netherlands and Germany. Mike is also an accomplished cartographer. His work has been published in hundreds of books journals and magazines as well as being used in museum exhibits and online galleries.
