Bowie''s Silver

English

By (author): Kent Conwell

Luck had never been much inclined to perch on Judd Camerons shoulder, so he wasnt surprised when his life took on all the ups and downs of hanging tight in the saddle on the back of a bucking bronc.

All of a sudden he finds himself smack-dab in the middle of a bank robbery and hounded by a posse eager for a hanging. He manages an escape by taking his pony over a fifty-foot drop into the Colorado River, while keeping a sheriff from being scalped. Hired on as a deputy, Judd helps a young half-white, half-Indian woman with her younger brother and sister, is framed for payroll hijacking, and while trying to clear his name, discovers Bowies lost cache of thirty-three mule loads of silveronly to lose it again.
