About Sydney Banks

Sydney Banks well-known philosopher author and lecturer was born in Scotland in 1931. For nearly 40 years he lectured at universities and clinics in the United States Canada and Europe sharing his unique philosophy and perception. The understanding of what Sydney calls The Three Principles of Mind Consciousness and Thought have begun to change the practice of psychology and psychiatry and has been an affirmative and constructive force in the lives of thousands.
