About Danny Scheinmann

Danny Scheinmann is an author performer and above all a storyteller. He travelled all over the world with his storytelling theatre company worked in conventional theatre TV and film and spent 18 months in the David Glass Ensembles Lost Child project which involved creating theatre with street children in Bogotá Manila and Phnom Penh.He co-wrote and starred in the indie movie The West Wittering Affair with his wife Sarah Sutcliffe and in 2014 he won the Pears Short Film Award for his screenplay for The Divorce which he co-directed with his brother David.His debut novel Random Acts of Heroic Love was a bestseller in the UK and has been translated into 21 languages.
