About Adriana Picker

Adriana Picker is a commercial illustrator working across the publishing motion picture and advertising industries. She illustrated Quay chef Peter Gilmores second book Organum and has provided her talent to brands such as Absolut Vodka Mambo Catherine Martin Home and Real Living Magazine. She has worked as costume illustrator for feature films such as Mad Max: Fury Road Gods of Egypt (2016) and The Great Gatsby where her costume illustrations were shown at the 2014 Academy Awards when Costume Designer Catherine Martin won an Oscar. Adriana grew up around nature. Born in Gosford Australia she has lived in Newcastle Sydney the Blue Mountains and other places where plants and artists seem to thrive. At the heart of Adriana's work is a lifelong love of botanical illustration. Her first book The Garden of Earthly Delights was published with Hardie Grant in 2015.
