Shaun Byrne and Nick Tesar founded Marionette Liqueurs in 2017 along with a couple of mates. The brand went on to win Champion Liqueur in the Distilled Spirits Awards in 2018 and 2019. Shaun also created vermouth label Maidenii and runs a hospitality consultancy business Good Measure. Nick is at the helm of some of Melbourne’s most respected bars, including Lume and Bar Liberty.
