Am I eligible for free delivery?
We offer free delivery to Malta & Gozo on orders over €25.
We will ship your order once all items in your order have arrived at our warehouse and are processed.

Do you deliver worldwide?
We currently only delivery to Malta & Gozo only.

How can I track my order?
We are currently working with our couriers to provide the latest updates on your order. You may contact our Customer Care Team by e-mail for more information.

Can I change the delivery address for my order?
Yes, kindly send an e-mail to our Customer Care Team indicating your order number and new delivery address.

What are your delivery timeframes?
We have 3 different types of delivery timeframes:
2-4 working days: Product is in-stock and can be delivered to you within 2-4 working days from your order date.
10-20 working days: The
product needs to be ordered from our suppliers; if product is still available at time of order. The extended delivery time
frame is due to the fact that many of our suppliers are based overseas.Will Deliver When Available: The
product is either on Pre-Order (i.e. The book is not yet published) or is under consideration for reprinting.
Kindly note that our working days are Monday to Friday, excluding any Public Holidays. -
Can I collect my order?
You may collect our order from any of our Agenda Bookshop, 8 Till Late & Animate outlets during their opening hours. See Store Locator for more details.
You may also collect from
our head offices from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 and 15:00 at the address

Currently Pama Shopping Mall is not available for online in-store pick ups.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods: VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, VISA Debit, VISA
Delta, Maestro, Electron. We do not accept Revolut or BOV mobile pay. -

PRE ORDERS

What is a Pre-Order & When is it delivered?
A pre-order is a title which has not yet been released by the Publisher. We indicate the publishing date on the
webpage when available. Your order will be delivered as soon as the books reach our warehouse on or shortly after the indicated publication date. -
Can I cancel a Pre-Order?
You can cancel Pre-orders. Please contact our Customer Care Team via email customercare@agendabookshop.com, with the order number and request cancellation. You will be refunded within 5 working days.

Can I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, contact our Customer Care Team via email customercare@agendabookshop.com, with the order number and a request to cancel your order. You will be refunded within 5 working days.
If your order is in transit at the time of your
request, you are required to follow the return policy -
What is your return policy?
You can return any book to us within 14
days of receiving your order. If you want to return a book, we'll complete a refund for you once the book reaches
our warehouse. We need to know the order number that your return is
related to and whether the book was received as a gift. All returned books
should be returned in their original condition. In the unlikely event that an
item is in an unsaleable condition, we will not accept the return. Online
orders must be returned to our Head Office in Mriehel. If you would prefer to
exchange the book with another title, please contact us via email at customercare@agendabookshop.com before returning the book with the Name/ISBN number of the book/s that you would like to replace it with. We will prepare the replacement order for you to collect when you drop off the return at our office in Mriehel.Website Returns cannot be exchanged with books from our outlets. If you prefer not to exchange the book, and you return your order within 14 days of receiving it, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. You can expect to receive your refund within 5 working days.

What should I do if I received a damaged or incorrect order?
If upon inspection your order contains a damaged book or you receive an order, please contact us before returning the item. To ensure a speedy resolution please enclose the following:
- Your order number/email address registered with agendabookshop.com if different from the one used to contact us.
- Images of the damaged book(s) that depict the damage caused. The images you send must also include the packaging the items arrived in including the delivery note.
- ISBN/EAN of the incorrectly received book(s) If we request you to return your item, please do so within 14 days of receipt. The order must be returned to our office in Mriehel.

How do I return a gift?
You can return a gifted book to us within 14 days of receiving your book. We will credit the value of the book via an electronic gift voucher once we receive it back. We need to know the delivery order number that your return is related to.
All returned books should be returned in their original condition. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsaleable condition, we may not credit you.
You can drop off your return at our office in Mriehel.
If you would prefer to exchange the book with another title, please contact us via email at customercare@agendabookshop.com before returning the book with the Name/ISBN number of the book/s that you would like to replace it with. We will prepare the replacement order for you to collect when you drop off the return at our office in Mriehel. -
Why has my order been cancelled?
Occasionally, a supplier informs us that an item is no longer available. This could be due to a book title going out of print. Before we cancel an order, we will make every effort to contact you to advise which items from your order have to be cancelled.

I have lost my password, how do I reset it?
If you have lost your password, please go to the Login page, and follow these steps:
- Next to the Sign in option please click on "Forgot password?"
- On the next page please enter your email address and the relevant security verification characters and select Submit.
- Once completed a reset password email will be sent with instructions on how to reset your password
If you no longer have access to your e-mail address, you will have to set up a new account entirely.
Please note that resetting your password will not affect any of your existing orders. -
How can I update my account information?
Log in to your account and head to ‘My Account’ tab, in which you can review your orders, add new addresses or check if any gift cards are linked to your account.

Agendabookshop.com takes your security very seriously. We process orders with an SSL Secure Commerce Server, which utilizes military-grade encryption to protect your credit card information. All credit card information is encoded with strong encryption before storage.
To further respect and protect your privacy, agendabookshop.com does not release your credit card information or mailing address to any outside organizations. -
Suspicious Emails
If you receive an email that claims to be from Agenda Bookshop yet seems suspicious, please do not click on any links or open any attachments in the message. Delete the email, or please contact our Customer Care Team if you are unsure.
You can often recognise a suspicious email by:
- the sender's email address not being an agendabookshop.com address.
- if it asks you to provide your account or payment details.
- if the links in the email don't lead to agendabookshop.com. -
Problems with Payment
If you experience any payment problems when placing an order on agendabookshop.com we would recommend that you try to resubmit your payment details. If your payment still fails, please contact your card issuer to ensure there are no problems with your account before contacting our Customer Care Team.
