Ordered a set of books that were supposed to be delivered in 15-20 days, they arrived in less than a week! Super impressed. Only thing I would recommend is sending emails to customers that their order has been shipped or is being delivered as I had no idea that they were going to arrive. Prices are good as well and they have great sales 😊
A book I had chosen was no longer available as it was sold out by the time I placed my order. Was contacted by Agenda and offered a replacement or a full refund. I opted for a replacement and the next day my order was delivered. Well done Agenda.

As a typical bookworm, I purchase quite a lot of books from different book stores, and I have never been let down by Agenda Bookshops. I've placed several orders and they were all prepared and delivered in brilliant condition. It's my favorite reward to open a book haul delivery, or pick up in-store and see a high quality, mint condition new book. There were situations in which the book didn't arrive in stock on time, and asked for my order to be refunded, of which this was tackled in a smooth, and efficient manner.
