We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Returns

Could not be made directly at our bookshops without contacting customer care first.

Returns of delivery orders must be left & changed at one of our Agenda Bookshops(excluding Pama) after contacting customer care.

Damages

A Photo of the damaged book must be sent to customer care.

2 to 4 days - books are in stock (orders made during the weekends may take longer)

14 to 28 days -books must be ordered from abroad which normally takes 14 to 28 working days (4 weeks)

Will deliver when available- books are out of stock from the publisher and will be reprinting with no set date.
