Dr. Tomayess Issa, PhD, SFHEA, PREP, MACS, is a senior lecturer at the Faculty of Business and Law at Curtin University. Tomayess completed her doctoral research in web development and human factors. Tomayess is interested in establishing teaching methods to enhance the students’ learning experiences and resolve problems that they face. Tomayess published her work in several peer-reviewed journals, books, and book chapters, and participated in local and global conferences. Tomayess is a section editor for society and politics at Heliyon Elsevier Limited. Tomayess supervised PhD, Master of Phil, and Master Dissertations and received Curtin Guild Awards for her teaching and supervision. Tomayess received the overall Student Guild Outstanding Achievement in Teaching Excellence 2017 Award university-wide. Tomayess received the 2021 Green Gown Awards Australasia: Next Generation Learning and Skills, Highly Commended, for the Green Information Technology and Sustainability unit. Tomayess received the Research Supervisor Award 2022 from the Curtin Guild Excellence in Teaching Awards. Dr. Theodora Issa, PhD, SFHEA, FAIM is a multi-Award winner, an Academic and Author and International Volunteer. Theodora comes to academia from the Financial World where she served as a High-Ranking Executive in an International Bank for several years.  In academia, Theodora has been a curriculum leader and a leader of a range of research groups. In addition to her academic work in Australia, Theodora was invited to design and facilitate a course under the title Sustainable Development Business and Ethical Strategies for the Master of International Business program in Europe (six runs) aimed at international audience representing 23 countries. Theodora is the author and co-author of several journal articles, reports, edited books, textbooks, books, case studies, conference papers, conference proceedings, book chapters and magazine articles. Theodora is a reviewer and Associate Editor for Journals and conference papers. Theodora’s major area of research focuses on ethical mindsets, spirituality, and aesthetics.  Dr Sarita Hardin-Ramanan heads the Faculty of IT, Design and Communication at Curtin Mauritius. With over twenty years of teaching experience at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, Sarita holds a PhD in IT Governance and Green IT from Curtin University (Australia), a Masters in Computer Science from Imperial College (UK) and a BEng in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (Mauritius). Alongside her leadership, teaching, and PhD supervision roles, her research interests include IT Governance, Green IT, and Graduate Work-Readiness.  Dr. Bilal Abu-Salih is an Associate Professor at The University of Jordan and an Adjunct at Curtin University. He holds a PhD in Information Systems (with a focus on Social Big Data Analytics) from Curtin University. He worked on various cross-disciplinary funded research projects involving academic research, software development, and industrial implementation. Bilal’s research interests include Social Big Data, Social Trust, Machine Learning/Data Mining, Knowledge Graphs, NLP, Information Retrieval, and the like. Dr Lydia Maketo has a PhD in information systems from Curtin University.  Lydia Maketo is a lecturer at Curtin University.  Lydia’s thesis focused on application of mobile technologies in learning in higher education. Lydia has earned an M.Sc. degree in information technology from the University of Wales and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from the university of Zimbabwe. Lydia’s research interests include mobile technologies, integration of technology in education and teaching and learning.   Lydia teaches Systems Analysis for undergraduate and postgraduate students. In addition, she also teaches Enterprise technologies to undergraduate students. Lydia is a Fellow of the Academy of Higher Education Academy (FHEA).  Lydia has previously worked in education as a secondary school teacher and a board member. Lydia has had roles in the information technology industry, working as a Helpdesk analyst and Systems administrator.    Dr Rohini Balapumi is a highly experienced lecturer in the Information Systems discipline at Curtin University. With over 20 years of experience teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses, her expertise includes Business Information Systems, Enterprise Technologies, Business Programming, and Societal Impacts of Technological Innovations. She is a certified ICT professional with the Australian Computer Society (ACS) and a recognised Higher Education Academy (HEA) Fellow. Dr Balapumi supervises student research projects in various areas, including blockchain, security, enterprise resource planning, supply chain management technologies, social media, and online learning. Her research interests are focused on the impact of IT innovations on businesses, organisations, society, and the environment. Additionally, she is keenly interested in examining how technology influences higher education learning and teaching, as well as reflective practices in higher education.  Dr. S Zaung Nau is currently a Lecturer in the School of Management and Marketing, at Curtin University. For her PhD thesis, she analysed the determinants of public transport use in Western Australia and its temporal and spatial variations. Her research interests include collaborative e-learning, data mining, demand modelling and transport data analytics. She has been conducting her research on travel behaviour patterns and demand planning for public transport and sustainable transportation in Perth, Western Australia. Her current research interest is the comparative analysis of private car use and public transport use to identify the areas where they are competing or complementing each other. Her other research areas are geospatial analysis on socio-economic, public health and sustainability developments, especially in waste management to reduce CO2 emission from it. Dr. Raadila Hajee Ahmud-Boodoo has a Bachelor degree in Information Systems and Technology and a Master degree in Computer Science with specialisation in Software Engineering. She completed her doctoral research in 3.0 E-learning for developing countries. She has several publications to her credit and continue to work with renowned academics to pursue her research interests, which are currently directed towards the Semantic Web, Web 3.0 E-learning and E-learning sustainability. She has several years of experience, as an Academic, educator and Business Systems administrator, within Australia and abroad.
