This Criminal Law Handbook is intended to consolidate past teaching and doctrine on Maltese Criminal Law that has withstood the test of time and are still valid and applicable today, but at the same time seeks to build upon, and update what has emerged particularly in light of subsequent legislative enactments.
Above all, this Handbook aims to be a useful aid to students of criminal law and procedure as well as a point of reference to researchers in Maltese criminal law generally.
