Burçak Çag˘ la Garipag˘aog˘ lu, PhD, is an Associate Professor in the Educational Leadership and Administration Program at the Faculty of Educational Sciences, Bahçes¸ehir University (BAU), Istanbul, Turkey. She brings over 15 years of experience in teaching, supervising students, conducting research, consultancy work, organizing workshops and seminars, and providing advisory services both within and outside the university.
