Megan R. Good is the Executive Director of the Center for Assessment and Research Studies (CARS) at James Madison University, USA. She is also an Assistant Professor in the Assessment and Measurement PhD program. Prior to her current role, she led assessment and later accreditation efforts at Auburn University, USA. She is focused on raising the profile of student learning in higher education.

Elizabeth R. H. Sanchez is a writer and editor residing in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. Liz received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Bridgewater College and Master of Arts in Writing, Rhetoric, and Technical Communication from James Madison University, USA.
