Christine and Mick Lavelle are lecturers in horticulture and plant ecology at Writtle University College. Christine teaches practical and applied horticulture for The RHS, and Mick has designed several medal-winning educational exhibits at the Chelsea Flower Show on the subject of plants and their uses.
