Angela Thyer MD is a reproductive endocrinologist and infertility specialist in Seattle Washington. She is triple-board-certified in reproductive endocrinology infertility obstetrics and gynecology and lifestyle medicine and her special interests include polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) nutrition and fertility lifestyle medicine and reproductive aging. She codeveloped the Food for Fertility Program with Judy Simon and is the medical director for both the Food for Fertility program and the Wellness program at SRM. Dr. Angelas philosophy of care is to provide truthful transparent and realistic information while being optimistic and providing all the care and empathy that women need when they are struggling with infertility. Most patients hope to get pregnant with as little intervention as possible.  She embraces holistic care knowing that diet exercise sleep stress and emotional support can strongly influence fertility an approach that has allowed her to help thousands of women to realize their dream of starting a family. Judy Simon RDN is a registered dietitian nutritionist who specializes in reproductive health. She is the founder of Mind Body Nutrition LLC clinical instructor and staff dietitian at the University of Washington. Judy has held leadership roles in the American Society of Reproductive Medicine Nutritional Special Interest Group and is a Fellow of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.Judys inclusive approach to health is to meet people where they are. She helps them find small changes in their daily habits which can inch toward better health. Integrating mindfulness planning and accountability all while taking a nonjudgmental down-to-earth approach allows Judy to help many women have healthier more fertile lives.
