Sten left that job to pursue his own business, started from nothing and built a successful company. Since then Sten has won numerous awards. Among them, the 30 Under 30 award for millennials making a transformation in their industries, awarded by LifeHealthPro and the 30 in their 30’s award for nonprofit leaders in Tennessee. Most prestigious, he was one of the youngest advisors ever to achieve the Chairman’s Council in his industry this last year.
Sten has developed a method for Rapid, Top-Level Success and has been teaching it to other advisors to replicate this success. Sten speaks at various schools and conferences, teaching these same principles.
