Harness the power of adaptability to embrace change, overcome obstacles and achieve success.

Today, women are competing on more fronts than ever before. From career demands to family life, relationships and financial pressures, the pace is relentless and the stakes feel high. These challenges are deeply understood by Denise Lewis - an Olympic gold medallist, broadcaster, mother, and woman who has spent her life performing under pressure and adapting to every new arena.

Now, Denise is on a mission to help women train their mindset like elite athletes. She shows you how to build mental toughness, stay focused under pressure and become the coach of your own life. In Adaptability, she shares seven powerful lessons drawn from both the track and real life, covering identity, resilience, building your team, trusting your instinct and leaving time for recovery. Success isn't about perfection; it's about preparation, persistence and the ability to respond when things don't go to plan.

By applying these tools, you can strengthen your inner-self, push through setbacks and perform at your best in every role you take on. Whether you're chasing goals, navigating challenges or simply trying to stay in the race, this is about showing up with intent, confidence and belief. You may not be able to control every outcome, but with the right mindset, you can train, adapt, and come back stronger every time.

Denise Lewis DBE is a retired Team GB track and field athlete, who specialised in the heptathlon. She won the gold medal in the heptathlon at the 2000 Sydney Olympics and bronze at the 1996 Atlanta Olympics. Lewis is considered to be one of the 'golden girls' of British athletics having been inducted into the UK Athletics Hall of Fame in 2011 and twice been runner-up in BBC's Sports Personality of the Year Awards in 1998 and 2000. Since retiring from athletics, she has become one of the nation's most popular broadcasters and sports pundits, receiving her damehood in 2023.
