Erin Allgrove is a children's writer, poet and publisher. She is the author of the Bosun Bob series of children's picture books, also published by Langrove Publishing. Erin had the idea of Seagull Scruff watching the gulls at Exmouth seafront and marina. She was intrigued by the differences in their often comical behaviour as well as enjoying their acrobatic flight patterns from her apartment window.
Erin lives in Devon where she spends most of her time dreaming up unlikely stories about various animals and sea creatures.
