“At this time of the year, it is much more usual for a vet to be lambing a sheep than talking to a parakeet!”
Join beloved TV vet Julian Norton on his animal adventures in the beautiful, snowy Yorkshire countryside!
Snow is falling on the hills of Yorkshire and the days are getting shorter – winter is settling in. But there’s no time to rest for Julian, also known as the Yorkshire Vet! It’s lambing time at the farms. And many other animals need his help too!
In ten heart-warming stories with gorgeous illustrations for animal-lovers 8–11, you’ll meet:
· A lost pony
· A mischievous kitten
· A chatty parakeet
And Julian’s faithful Jack Russell terrier, Emmy!
