Learn all about ADHD, neurodivergence, and how best to understand it with Ady and Me, the thoughtful and fun-filled story by Rich and Rox, Sunday Times bestselling authors and founders of the iconic ADHD Love.

ADHD Love's Rich and Rox bring their personal experience of neurodivergence to this fantastical, accessible story, sharing their important message: ADHD isn’t something to be ashamed of, but something to be celebrated.

Join Sophie and her best friend, Ady, as they navigate the trials and tribulations of the school day together. Chatty, playful, and enthusiastic, they are inseparable! But there’s just one thing… only Sophie can see Ady.

Ady may cause a bit of a mess, and can sometimes make Sophie late for class, but they also bring creativity and joy to Sophie’s life. Follow this delightful duo as they work together to find a place where they feel happy and valued, on their journey from misunderstanding to acceptance.

Through Ady and Me, children will learn to understand and embrace neurodivergence with a simple metaphor and unique story that demonstrates the ups and downs of life with ADHD.

Rich Pink is an author, creator, entrepreneur and dad. He is extremely passionate about helping to reduce the shame that those in neurodivergent communities can often live with, and focuses on teaching patience and compassion in neurodiverse relationships.

Rox Pink is an artist, writer and the ADHD half of ADHD Love. Rox was diagnosed with ADHD in 2021, which has been a life-changing discovery. She is on a mission to help others reach the same acceptance she's found and live without shame. Rox is a platinum-selling songwriter, having written 3 UK top 10 hits in the last 3 years. She is also an artist, releasing her own music and touring under the name RØRY.

Sara Rhys is a freelance illustrator who lives in the Scottish Borders, and you’ll usually find her in a slightly ramshackle cottage, pencil in hand. When away from her home studio Sara loves spending time outdoors, exploring new places and observing nature. She also enjoys visiting friends, cooking, gardening, reading, and other peoples' dogs. Sara has worked on a variety of children’s books with publishers including Simon & Schuster, Merriam Webster, Oxford University Press, Llyfrau Broga and What on Earth.
