In 2010, the year Alfa Romeo celebrated its first century of life, Maurizio Tabucchi – who passed away in 2015 – one of the greatest experts on the Milanese manufacturer, brought together the entire industrial and sporting history of the glorious marque in the first edition of this book.
Thanks to its comprehensive statistic, information, and, of course, illustrations, the book was an immediate success, so much so that it was updated for the first time in 2017 and again three years later, in 2020. In this latest edition, updated like the previous ones by Leonardo Acerbi, the narrative covers all the latest additions to the Alfa Romeo family: from the Tonale to the Junior, through to the most recent versions of the Giulia and the Stelvio, not to forget, of course, the latest iconic Alfa Romeo 33 Stradale.
Passed away in 2015, Maurizio Tabucchi has been a student and expert in the restoration of vintage cars. A member of the 'Registro Italiano Alfa Romeo', he has served for years on its board of directors. He has collaborated for many years with noumerous car magazines. For Giorgio Nada Editore he has written several books on Alfa Romeo history, Maserati and Audodelta. For Giorgio Nada Editore he has written: Guide to the identification of Alfa Romeo", "Maserati. Nel segno del Tridente", "Alfa Romeo. Production cars from 1910" (with Stefano D’Amico), "Alfa Romeo GTA", "Alfa Romeo 1910-2010", "Autodelta. Alfa Romeo racing 1963-1983" and "Alfa Romeo from 1910 to the present", the first edition of "Alfa Romeo Past and Present" (updated in 2017, 2020 and 2026 by Leonardo Acerbi)
Born in 1973, Leonardo Acerbi has worked in motoring journalism and publishing for a number of years. Always an enthusiastic student of automobile history he is an attentive historian of Ferrari and of the Mille Miglia race. He currently works at Giorgio Nada Editore as editorial director and is the author of prestigious books such as "Ferrari All the cars" (updated on several occasions), "Millle Miglia Story 1927-1957", "Mille Miglia A race in pictures", "Mille Miglia Portraits", winner of the ' 2017 Octane Awards' as 'Publication of the Year', "FerrariThe Golden Years", "Ferrari 75 Settantacinque vetture che hanno fatto la storia" and "Porsche The Golden Years".
