The book Algorithmics for the Programming Student and Technician is a textbook that provides a comprehensive introduction to fundamental algorithmic concepts, offering insights to readers at all levels of expertise. The book introduces the fundamental principles of computer programming, elucidating the design of methods to solve both simple and complex problems. In order to facilitate learning, the author presents a comprehensive set of tools and organises the content in accordance with its level of sophistication.

In the book, the author has classified algorithms, divided them into categories and elucidated a number of fundamental concepts pertaining to the extensive subject matter of this scientific field. The author has introduced typical data structures and their functions. A rich set of typical linear, arithmetic, and character-text algorithms is presented, with variations and versions of solving typical problems explained. The user is familiarised with well-known schemes for working with files, sorting data, and encryption, from simple to advanced constructions. The content also includes tasks and examples that can be downloaded and run.

The authors of this book are an intergenerational and interdisciplinary team. Jerzy Kluczewski, long-time instructor of the CISCO CCNA Academy. His authorial achievements already include several books on the Packet Tracer simulator. He gained his experience while working in industry, currently he is a lecturer at the WSB University in Gdansk.
