Eric Madfis is Associate Professor in the School of Social Work and Criminal Justice at the University of Washington, Tacoma. His research has been published in academic journals across a range of disciplines and featured in national and international media outlets. He is the author of How to Stop School Rampage Killing: Lessons from Averted Mass Shootings and Bombings.
Adam Lankford is Professor of Criminology and Criminal Justice at the University of Alabama. He is the author of two previous books and many peer-reviewed journal articles. His findings on mass shootings and other forms of criminal behavior have been cited by every major media outlet in the United States and international media from more than 40 countries.
