Warning: this book will destruct! Packed full of fun and exciting projects which use its pages in different ways, this book will have you tearing, folding, cutting, experimenting and scribbling as you find out all about amazing animals and plants.

Make your own hopping bugs, create and decorate an inflatable fish, and play an animal trumpet as loudly as you can! Can you piece together your very own dinosaur? Can you turn a piece of paper into a hanging mobile of sea creatures? Put your skills to the test!

Isabel Thomas is the author of over 80 books and has been shortlisted for the Royal Society Young People's Book Prize. She is also the author of What You Need To Know Now, shortlisted for the Blue Peter Book Awards. Isabel read Human Sciences at Oxford University, before working in journalism and children's publishing. She lives in Cambridge, where she's zookeeper to three young sons and a primary school governor.

Nikalas Catlow gained an MA in illustration at the Cambridge School of Art. He has lectured and taught workshops in art, design and illustration, and now works as a writer, illustrator and TV development producer.
