'If My Big Fat Greek Wedding and The Hating Game had a baby, it would be Bad Boy Summer' Julia Boggio

'I consumed it in one sitting. The voice was so bright and clear, the romance was exactly my catnip. I loved every minute of it!' CHRISTINA LAUREN

'Hot! Hot! Hot! I LOVED it!' HEIDI SWAIN

'The perfect beach read hot, gossipy, impossible to put down but also deeply thoughtful and genuinely moving. A delicious bit of escapism' LAURA WOOD

'I laughed, swooned, gasped and welled up on my way to the wonderful, hold-your-breath romantic ending. Do not miss this gorgeous book' CRESSIDA MCLAUGHLIN

Couple’s therapist Nella Praxitelis knows all about love – in theory.

In practice? Not so much. Especially after discovering her boyfriend’s been cheating… just hours before he planned to propose.

With her life in tatters, Nella moves back in with her Greek family, only for her little sister to announce she’s getting married… in three weeks. And the best man? Mark Marino, the OG bad boy – tall, brooding, and the older brother of Nella’s late first love. Also, he kinda hates her, but it’s okay because the feeling’s mutual.

As maid of honour, Nella is forced to team up with Mark for dance lessons, formal dinners, and a chaotic stag-and-hen trip to Cyprus. But underneath the barbs, undeniable chemistry simmers, pushing Nella to confront a choice: risk her heart again or stick to dealing with other people’s love lives.

'If you're looking for the perfect summer getaway in a book, then this one is for you!' ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Praise for Christina Pishiris:

‘I loved it. It’s an absolute joy’ BETH O’LEARY

‘Brilliantly written, Love Songs for Sceptics is warm, engaging and so funny. I am officially a huge fan and can't wait for more from Christina’ LUCY VINE

‘Christina is a breath of fresh air, and her book throbs with fun and sentiment. A wry modern eye and a sparkling debut’ JULIET ASHTON

Christina Pishiris was born in London to Greek Cypriot parents who used to bribe her to go to family weddings by promising that George Michael might be there. To deal with the inevitable disappointment, she began scribbling stories on napkins and has been writing ever since. She started her career as a journalist, specialising in the TV industry, before going freelance. Her debut novel, LOVE SONGS FOR SCEPTICS, was published to high acclaim in 2020 by Simon & Schuster in the UK and Sourcebooks in the US and was shortlisted for Romantic Comedy of the Year at the RNA Romantic Novel Awards. When she’s not writing, Christina’s hobbies include compiling cheesy 80s playlists, coveting the neighbour’s cat and writing protest letters to Guerlain after they discontinued her favourite perfume.
