Alexandru Radu is a Senior Lecturer in Sports Coaching and Course Leader for the BA (Hons) Sport Business Management at the University of Worcester, UK. As a specialist basketball coach, he has worked with a wide range of teams at both club and national team level, including Assistant Coach of the Romania Women’s National Team, Assistant Coach of the Wales Men’s National Team and Head Coach of the Wales U18 Men’s National Team, amongst others.   Florin Nini is a Lecturer at Danubius University in Galati, Romania. Alongside lecturing, he has held numerous coaching roles, including Head Coach of CSM Galati, Head Coach of the Romania Women’s National team and Head Coach of the Romania U18 and U20 Men’s National Teams, amongst others. Florin is the Head of Commission for the Development of Basketball Coaches as part of the Romanian Basketball Federation, and also Assistant Coach of the Romania Men’s National Team.
