Steve Cullingford-Agnew is a Senior Lecturer in Education working for the Centre for Special Education and Research team at the University of Northampton. He has previously held posts as a head teacher at Special Schools in Northamptonshire and has worked as a LEA SEN inspector. He is currently a trainer and assessor for HLTA at the University of Northampton.
