Duffy has graduate degrees from Regis, Rutgers, Seton Hall and William Paterson Universities and is a member of Alpha Sigma Nu, the Jesuit National Honor Society. He provides board and management consultation and training services both nationally and internationally. He lives in West Milford, NJ.
