Raised in Greenwich Village and trained in Paris, Maybeck spent most of his long career in northern California. Richard Barnes is a San Francisco based photographer who divides his time between commissioned work and personal projects. Noted for his photographs of work by Julia Morgan and other architects, he is currently photographing the Egyptian City of the Dead.
