Laura Datta worked as a picture book editor before starting to write stories herself. This is her second title for Caterpillar Books, following WHERE WHALE WENT. Matt Buckingham was born in Cheshire. He studied Illustration at Loughborough University and then did his Masters at Falmouth College of Art, where he began to write and illustrate his own picture books. He has also illustrated WHERE WHALE WENT for Caterpillar Books.
