Jemma Munford understands the struggles of parents with little ones who never seem to sleep. Through her own difficult experience in the early throes of motherhood, she decided to help other parents find responsive ways of improving sleep without rigid routines and traditional cry/separation-based sleep training, instead focusing on knowledge, confidence, and attachment.

Jemma is from Manchester UK and lives with her husband Mark, her son who’s a great sleeper, and her beloved challenging sleeper daughter. Her focus on empowering parents, coupled with practical methods, and realistic expectations make her approach a unique one in the space.
