This paradigm shifting book is the result of LeBlanc-Arbuckle's 40 years of teaching and practicing with pioneering educators in the fields of transpersonal growth and wellness, yoga, Pilates, and more. The book invites readers to see the human body as a living process that knows innately how to self-heal, self-organize, and adapt within social and natural environments.

Introducing concepts such as "partnering" with gravity and "ground reaction force", we are invited into a dynamic, omnidirectional relationship with our body's fascial matrix.

LeBlanc-Arbuckle presents alternatives to "right/wrong" movement by sensing the tension integrity of our original biological blueprint. Through this, we discover our sense of body as a living instrument which is tuned by our unique shape-shifting biointelligence. As deeply held tension patterns begin unwinding, the embodied approach outlined in this book will help readers feel more grounded, mentally centered, and emotionally calm.

This exploration shows us the possibilities for a deeper, fluid, more interpersonally connected way of being.

Wendy LeBlanc-Arbuckle is director of the Pilates Center of Austin and mentors and teaches nationally and internationally. She is a leader in the field of embodied movement with over four decades of experience in holistic health. Wendy is a founding member of the Pilates Method Alliance (PMA), the Fascia Research Society, and the International Association of Structural Integrators (IASI). She lives in Asheville, North Carolina.
