Kelly Thompson has a degree in Sequential Art from The Savannah College of Art and Design and has published two novels THE GIRL WHO WOULD BE KING (2012) and STORYKILLER (2014) as well as the creator-owned graphic novel HEART IN A BOX (2015) from Dark Horse Comics and the creator-owned middle grade comic book MEGA PRINCESS (2017) from Boom Comics. Her HAWKEYE run from Marvel Comics was nominated for a Best Continuing Series Eisner award in 2018, and in 2019 she was nominated for a Best Writer Eisner for her work with Marvel and Dynamite.
