'A love letter to France, filled with the delicious bistro dishes I'm obsessed with. It captures the warmth, generosity and simple magic of a great Parisian table.'
Matthew Ryle

'The true bistro bible, from one of France's favourite food writers'
Tom Parker Bowles

Welcome to Paris! A table for two? Do you have a reservation? No? Then please wait at the bar until a table comes free. Someone will get you a glass of red...and perhaps a little saucisson?

The bistro is a place where time appears to stop, a convivial, comforting world of good, honest food and wine to match. In this internationally celebrated bible of French bistro cooking from legendary bistrotier Stéphane Reynaud, discover 250 recipes and 100 wine pairings, suited to every time of day and occasion.
