Linda Tallent was for many years an early years teacher. In recent years she has worked as a local authority school improvement officer. Linda is a director of LTC a training company that provides support and advice to primary schools www.learningandtraining.co.uk. She works as an independent educational consultant providing advice support and training locally nationally and internationally to teachers senior managers and local authority officers. She holds a Masters degree in Early Education and Care from the University of Northumbria.
