There is a chronology of all shows included in this volume, and there are two indexes: one by performer and one by composer, lyricist, and musical director.
RICHARD CHIGLEY LYNCH is retired as Assistant Curator of the Billy Rose Theatre Collection, Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, New York Public Library. He is the compiler of Broadway on Record (1987), Movie Musicals on Record (1989), and TV and Studio Cast Musicals on Record (1990), all from Greenwood, and Musicals! (second edition, 1994). Lynch also has been a regular contributor to Show Music Magazine for the past ten years.
