The iconic Dome of the Cathedral of Florence, the largest masonry vault in the world, was built by Filippo Brunelleschi between 1420 and 1436. Carlo Vannini is one of Italy's leading art photographers and teaches photography for Culture Heritage at the Academy of Fine Arts in Bologna.
