Gabriela Goldin Marcovich, PhD, is a historian specialising in Latin America and the Eighteenth Century. Alongside her teaching and research, she enjoys writing children’s books and making pottery. Born and raised in Mexico City in an Argentinian-Mexican family, she recently returned home after living abroad for many years.

Andrés Landazábal is an illustrator, production designer and art-director based in Colombia. His work has appeared in animated films, TV shows and in print. Andrés’ love for drawing and painting was instilled at a young age while reading classic illustrated children’s books.
