PAUL SPICER is a distinguished choral conductor, composer and author who has worked extensively with professional and amateur choirs. He was instrumental in establishing one of the UK’s first Master’s degree courses in choral conducting, initially at the Royal College of Music and later at the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire.
