About Julia Stone | Dubravka Kolanovic
Julia Stone has a degree in linguistics and has had a successful careerin publishing children's picture books for many years before starting towrite for children herself. Dubravka Kolanovic studied at the Savannah College of Art and Design USAand went on to graduate from the Academy of Visual Arts in Zagreb. Shehas illustrated over 30 children's books, cartoon books and school textbooks as well as UNICEF's Christmas card. Her first picture book 'A Special Day ' won the Landmark Editions (USA) Golden Award.
