Rev. Dr. Lucy A. Forster-Smith is chaplain and associate dean for religious and spiritual life at Macalester College in Saint Paul, Minnesota. She is also co-director of the Macalester Lilly Project for Vocation and Ethical Leadership, a Lilly Endowment program for the theological exploration of vocation.
Rev. Janet M. Cooper Nelson is chaplain of the university at Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island, and teaches at Brown's Alpert School of Medicine.
